Home Health Aide Services
Our Certified Home Health Aides provide non-skilled, personal care as ordered by your physician. Your Primary Nurse or Therapist will discuss your specific needs with you and develop a personalized Home Health Aide Care Plan, detailing appropriate activities based on your condition.

The Home Health Aide will complete the assigned activities during each visit and a Registered Nurse will supervise the Aide at least every 14 days.

Assigned activities may include:

• Bathing or assistance with bathing
• Dressing
• Hair Care (not cutting)
• Oral Hygiene
• Shaving
• Transfers and Ambulation
• Assistance with meal preparation to meet nutritional needs
• Maintaining a clean and safe bedside and bath area
• Grocery Shopping
• Laundry
• Housekeeping
• Exercises when assigned
• Cather Care when assigned
