Physical Therapy Services
Our Registered Physical Therapists provide comprehensive physical therapy services that can be safely provided in your home, as prescribed by your physician. Our Therapists will assist your physician in evaluating your condition by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve and/or joint testing of functional abilities.

The Physical Therapist will offer instruction to you and your caregivers in the proper care and use of physical therapy devices, as well as establish and implement an individualized physical therapy plan of care.
